The full title is "O terra, addio (Sad Rat Journey)", but it would not fit.
It is very quick...I was working hard today--started early this afternoon and knocked off at 3 AM...then I had to draw a rat. I had that ratty mood going. But it had to be quick to satisfy my guilty conscience which is screaming "Work more, dammit!"
So I drew this sad, dying rat.
I had this song in the back of my mind from "Aida" while I drew:
"O terra, addio; addio, valle di pianti...
Sogno di gaudio che in dolore svanì.
A noi si schiude il ciel e l'alme erranti
Volano al raggio dell'interno dì."
