No, not THAT Tree of Knowledge. I'm not the religious sort. This tree is, if not outright good, certainly quite benign. Eating its fruit won't do you any harm. (Eating the little videocameras hidden in the roots, on the other hand, might be quite uncomfortable. Eating videocameras is never a good idea. All those wee glassy bits--faugh!)
At any rate, this was commissioned as a preliminary sketch for a tattoo design. A tattoo artist will adapt it later, that it might be etched permanently into some poor sod's back. The original drawing is approximately 18 inches tall, and has lost many details in compression. Please check out the attached detail images & zoomed-up version if you're interested in a better look. (Unfortunately, detail #1 is right on the scan seam, so some distortion and blurring has occurred. Sorry!) Detail 1: [link] Detail 2: [link] Really Big Version: [link] |

Glad you like it, anyhow!

My mask of sanity is about to slip.
It's nice to have a reminder that this site's about the art. I was beginning to forget.

If you can't laugh at it, it doesn't deserve to be taken seriously.
